Get to Know NNU
If you just started learning the college enrollment process with your child, we are happy to offer this website to you as a resource for learning more about financial aid, the value of an education at NNU and how to visit our 88-acre campus.
If your child already attends NNU, you can use this site during the academic year to know how you can help your child in their current semester of study or understand what their college experience is really like.
Above all, we encourage parents to read the Mission, Vision and Values一道本不卡免费高清 of NNU and to know that "Guided by a vision of the Kingdom of God, Northwest Nazarene University seeks a more excellent way, to be a transformative learning community expressing the love of Jesus by forming scholars, nurturing disciples, serving the Church, shaping the culture and redeeming the world."
Welcome to Northwest Nazarene University! Some of you have been connected to NNU for years and others of you are connecting with NNU for the very first time, but all of you are a part of the NNU community as the parent of a current or prospective student—and we are very excited to welcome you.
At NNU, we believe that students do not come to college alone. Each student is supported by family, friends and supporters. As you invest your resources to make it possible for your child to attend NNU, we want to offer you some resources and support that will enhance both your child’s experience and your experience. We believe that by partnering with you and keeping you informed and engaged in the university, we will strengthen our NNU community.
On this site you will find a variety of resources that will help you as you seek to help your student succeed. It is our desire to provide many opportunities to become connected to this community. Ultimately, we want your student to grow intellectually, spiritually and socially—and thus fulfill the NNU mission of transforming the whole person.
